What is the best thing about the meeting and events industry?

I like that I get to be creative whether that is through problem solving, the room setup, or the menus at a meeting.

What do you hope to gain from your MPI membership?

I hope to gain more educational knowledge of the meeting and event industry as well as build connections. 

What is your proudest professional accomplishment to date?

My proudest professional accomplishment would have to be having a hand with planning our National Convention.  It was exciting to figure out the logistics for breakout sessions, our banquets, and any other aspects of our convention.  As well as getting to work with our vendors to make this event successful and building professional connections.

What do you enjoy most in your current role at work?

I love getting to travel to new places around the country throughout the year and getting the opportunity to grow professionally.

What do you enjoy doing when you aren’t working?

Outside of work I would say I am a homebody, but I love going camping with my family and just hanging out with my friends! I do also love traveling and exploring new places.

Something people don’t know about you:

I am really into photography and would love to have access to a dark room to develop my own film
