Who are you outside of work?
I have a wonderful husband, Riley, and a dog, Nala. We love to play with our dog, try out new bars and restaurants, and are avid wine enthusiasts!
What is your proudest professional accomplishment to date?
I am thrilled to have won the Jack Langston CMP Scholarship at the 2024 MPI Indiana IMPRESS Awards. This allows me to pursue my professional goal of earning my CMP, so I can boost my professional competency to peers. I encourage folks who aim to earn their CMP or CMM to be on the lookout for next year’s IMPRESS Awards applications and consider applying for this scholarship. It gives you up to $745 reimbursement in application and testing fees!
What are some of your favorite things about being an MPI member?
I love the instant camaraderie you feel, whether you are a new or long-time member, when you walk into any MPI Indiana function. Everyone is fun to be around and is passionate about what they do. What better environment to be in?
When do you plan to go on your next vacation and where do you want to go?
Riley and I are doing extended weekend trips throughout the year rather than one big vacation. Our next trip will likely be to New York City, as Riley has never been. I have never left the country and would like to do a Europe trip in the next two years.
What is the greatest place you have ever visited?
Our honeymoon was a north to south road trip of the Pacific Coast Highway in California. The trip was filled with absolutely breathtaking views – I can’t pick just one place from this trip! My top three would be Sonoma wine country, Catalina Island, and San Diego. Simi Valley wins the most scenic drive award.
Something people don’t know about you:
I have four sisters! Yes, I am the middle child.
