Other than improving your Zoom Meeting skills, what have you learned (or learned to excel in professionally) since COVID-19 began?
I have learned that I enjoy the hybrid work schedule.  I do enjoy working from home, but I did miss working with others when only working from home.

Who are you outside of work?
I am a wife to my husband RD of 29 years and am a mother of Adam, Melanie and Rosie. I am the founder and President of The Melanie and Rosalie Albright Foundation, a nonprofit providing youth arts scholarships in memory of my daughters Melanie and Rosie. I am a native New Mexican and love the southwest style and delicious food – especially green chile and sopapillas. I enjoy dancing to old country music and riding on the back of my husbands Harley.

What is your proudest professional accomplishment to date?
My proudest professional accomplishment to date would be receiving the Jefferson Award in recognition of the public service I do through The Melanie and Rosalie Albright Foundation.

What are some of your favorite things about being an MPI member?
I love the networking and learning opportunities provided through my MPI membership.

When do you plan to go on your next vacation and where do you want to go?
I have not visited my home state of New Mexico since October 2018 for the International Balloon Fiesta. I would love to take a trip back home to visit family and enjoy the blue skies, sunshine, mountains and food of New Mexico.

What is the greatest place you have ever visited?
The greatest place I have ever visited has to be the 911 Memorial in New York City. It was a very powerful, emotional experience that I will never forget.

Something people don’t know about you:
I am a pretty open book, but most people who don’t know me well do not know I have lost two children to Cystic Fibrosis. Melanie passed away in 2014 and Rosie in 2016. I try not to lead with that information because I want people to know me for who I am and not what I have lost.
