Other than improving your Zoom Meeting skills, what have you learned (or learned to excel in professionally) since COVID-19 began?
Taking time for myself. I took up Pilates two years ago and it’s been the best thing I’ve done!
Who are you outside of work?
Outside of work I like to spend time with my friends trying out new restaurants, seeing my family and spending time with my niece and my dog, and traveling when I can.
What is your proudest professional accomplishment to date?
My proudest moment so far would be accepting my role as Senior Sales Manager. It felt great to achieve that and know that my time in the industry and the connections I’ve made are recognized and valued.
What are some of your favorite things about being an MPI member?
I love being able to network with so many great hospitality folks! It’s also a great way to hear about new trends and developments so it helps me stay up to date as our industry continues to grow and evolve.
When do you plan to go on your next vacation and where do you want to go?
For my next big vacation that will likely be in 2025, a few smaller ones until then. I’d really like to go back to Australia or head to Europe.
What is the greatest place you have ever visited?
That would be Sydney, it was amazing! The people were so nice and amazing to see so many iconic sites.
Something people don’t know about you.
I was in show choir in high school. Whenever I tell people they are very surprised.
