This session will dive into Jamie's findings from these interviews for the TV pilot, focusing on businesses in the hospitality and meeting industry.

It will be followed by an in-depth 2021 real-time ONE BIG THING goal-setting session by YOU. You will be guided on how to build a mindset that incorporates resilience, optimism and realistic expectations.
