Join your MPIGNY colleagues for a fun fitness event that will be sure to get your blood pumping!
Choose from three different options (or select all three!) - HIIT, Chair Yoga, or Pilates
- 7:30 AM HIIT Workout - Start your day feeling energized with a quick and effective HIIT workout in the morning.
- Tailored to all fitness levels with options and challenges for each exercise! No equipment needed, just yourself! (resistance bands and dumbbells can be added for challenges).
- 12:00 PM Chair Yoga - Feeling a little stiff from sitting in front of your laptop all morning? Take a break and loosen up with a Chair Yoga session followed by 15 minutes of Breath Work
- Chair Yoga - Gentle breathing and stretching exercises with use of a chair. Accessible to all levels & ages. No yoga mats, sweat, floor work or change of clothes needed.
- Breath Work - Accessible and simple breathing techniques to promote relaxation in the body and mind. No experience necessary.
- 5:00 PM Pilates - End your day with a Pilates workout that conditions all the muscle groups in your body.
- Enjoy a 45-minute instructional flow of the basics of the Pilates practice. Focus will be on good form, stability, strengthening the body and establishing a connection between the body and mind. Modifications and challenges will be offered throughout the class.
