I am reaching out to share with you an exciting opportunity to showcase your organization in front of our MPI DFW Chapter meeting planners and professionals!
Next month, we are bringing back the ever so popular No Booth Tradeshow and inviting you to participate!
During the October 27th luncheon, suppliers have the opportunity to provide a promotional item that will be hand delivered to each attendee that is present! Past items have included: brochures/informational fliers, coupons/incentives, koozies, lip balms, pens, logoed tchotchkes you may have and more! We have ONE spot for a tradeshow bag. You can get as creative as you wish!
For an additional fee, suppliers will have the opportunity to setup at a high boy table in the reception area where you will be able to have face to face interaction with the attendees to network, answer questions and promote your organization before and after the event. There are limited slots available which will go quickly, so sign up now!

Highboy table in the foyer before and after the luncheon for face-to-face interaction (limited slots)

Bonus, your participation includes registration to the Chapter Experience event.
Deadline to have items submitted are Monday, October 24 th . You may mail or deliver them to our VP of Finance c/o Paola Bowman, 1717 E. Randol Mill Road, Suite 101, Arlington, TX 76011.
Please confirm with us ahead of time which item you’d like to include – this is to prevent duplication, so we don’t have multiple vendors providing the same item. Before registering, please email vpfinance@mpidfw.org to confirm item.
