MPI D/FW No Booth Tradeshow

I am reaching out to share with you an exciting opportunity to showcase your organization in front of our MPI DFW Chapter meeting planners and professionals!
Next month, we are bringing back the ever so popular Boothless Tradeshow and inviting you to participate!
During the October 28th luncheon, suppliers have the opportunity to provide a promotional item that will be hand delivered to each attendee that is present! Past items have included: brochures/informational fliers, coupons/incentives, koozies, lip balms, pens, logo’d tchotchkes you may have and more! You have the ability to get as creative as you wish!
For an additional fee, suppliers will have the opportunity to setup at a high boy table in the reception area where you will be able to have face to face interaction with the attendees to network, answer questions and promote your organization before and after the event. There are limited slots available which will go quickly, so sign up now!
Items Only
Members: $300 + 100 items
Non-Members: $400 + 100 items
Highboy table in the foyer before and after the luncheon for face to face interaction (limited slots)
Members: $400 + 100 items
Non-Members: $500+ 100 items
Deadline to have items submitted are Monday, October 25nd. You may mail or deliver them to the MPI/DFW Chapter, 14070 Proton Rd., Suite 100, Dallas, TX 75244. Please confirm with us ahead of time which item you’d like to include – this is to prevent duplication so we don’t have multiple vendors providing the same item.
