It’s back! We are once again offering the very popular “No-Booth Tradeshow” at the monthly Chapter Experience on March 26.  Past participants loved the response they received and the fresh approach to getting in front of lots of meeting planners.

How is the MPI D/FW Supplier Showcase different than others? It’s all in the name…NO BOOTH! No standing beside a table waiting for attendees to visit – you go to them. For only $300 ($400 for non-members), we’ll add your favorite branded promotional product in the attendee bags provided to every guest at the event. 

Members: $300+items
Non-Members: $400+items
Quantity of items: 200

Get the biggest bang for your buck – be the bag sponsor! No muss, no fuss, just provide us with approximately 200 bags with your company name. The better the bag, the more likely it is they will use those bags in the future and you will get even more exposure! Bag sponsorship is $500 + bags. 

Deadline to deliver the items and bags to us is Monday, March 23rd. You may mail or deliver them to the MPI/DFW Chapter, 14070 Proton Rd., Suite 100, Dallas, TX 75244. Please confirm with us ahead of time which item you’d like to include – this is to prevent duplication so we don’t have multiple vendors providing the same item.
