Don’t miss the biggest dining event of the year! Starting this Friday, Jan. 24, Chicago Restaurant Week returns with over two weeks of dining deals (Jan. 24 – Feb. 9) from hundreds of Chicagoland restaurants.

This year’s Chicago Restaurant Week will feature a record-breaking more than 400 restaurants across the city’s downtown and diverse neighborhoods. That includes more than 50 restaurants in the suburbs and over 80 restaurants participating in Chicago Restaurant Week for the first time.

The 13th annual culinary celebration features special prix fixe menus starting at $24 for brunch and lunch, and $36 and/or $48 for dinner (excluding beverages, tax, and gratuity). It’s the perfect time to visit an old favorite or try somewhere new.

The event showcases Chicago’s acclaimed dining scene, including many of the city’s most celebrated establishments. Diners can enjoy multi-course meals at Michelin-starred spots like Blackbird (West Loop), BOKA (Lincoln Park) and Sepia (West Loop) and taste cuisine from James Beard Award-winning and nominated chefs at Monteverde (West Loop), HaiSous (Pilsen) and Topolobampo (River North).

This year also features plenty of new restaurants making their debut to the Chicago Restaurant Week lineup. First-time participants include a range of hotspots, such as Offshore Rooftop and Bar (Streeterville), Tzuco (River North), Il Culaccino (South Loop), Pizzeria Portofino (River North), ROOH (West Loop), Indie Café (Edgewater), Mesler Chicago (Hyde Park) and Galit (Lincoln Park).

Each year, Chicago Restaurant Week kicks off with First Bites Bash – scheduled for Thursday, Jan. 23 – one of the most anticipated foodie events of the year. Guests can enjoy bites from over 70 of Chicago’s most celebrated chefs and restaurants, along with beer, wine, and spirits inside the stunning Field Museum.

Reservations for Chicago Restaurant Week aren’t necessary, but they’re highly encouraged. Explore participating restaurants and view menus at eatitupchicago.com. Tables are booking up fast, so make your reservations today.
