Education

Banding People Together
Finding Your Collaborative Groove

This music-infused high-energy session illustrates an entirely new way to view “collaboration” that shifts participants’ mindset from an activity to a defined process that can be taught, developed, measured and shared.

Participants will:

- Learn the True Collaboration® framework for optimizing performance
- Understand why collaboration fails so often in teams and organizations
- Learn how they sound to others when working together (based on famous recording artists)

Banding People Together is a super group of behaviorist, strategists, coaches and rock stars (literally), that help individuals, teams and organizations learn how to get more done and feel great doing it.  Our True Collaboration® methodology combines validated behavioral science with the power of music to deliver a non-traditional, content rich learning experience that dramatically impacts engagement, talent management, performance and culture. Learn more about Banding People Together here!

Within one week of registering, each attendee will receive a 10-15 minute pre-assessment from diagnostics@collabortiveharmoneyindex.com. Please be sure to complete as the results of this pre-assessment will be critical to your experience in the education sessions both days.
