Tracy Stuckrath is a dietary needs trainer and consultant for the meetings industry. As a certified special events professional with food allergies, she sits at both sides of the table; empowering planners, caterers, hotels and CVBs to serve healthy, delicious and safe meals to all attendees. After almost 20 years as an event planner, Tracy founded Thrive! Meetings & Events to educate the hospitality industry on how to successfully accommodate dietary needs. Prior to opening Thrive!, Tracy spent her career in corporate America creating and managing events for two Olympic Games, consumer and trade magazines, private companies and trade associations. In her spare time, she chairs the FARE Walk for Food Allergy Atlanta and works at Atlanta’s leading gourmet cooking store, teaching “Cooking with Food Allergies” classes and working with local and national chefs.
