Nina Winston

Destinations International

Nina Winston is the Executive Vice President, Global Development and Strategic Alliances for Destinations International. She leads the team responsible for strategically growing and sustaining Destination International’s global member base and creating a robust, engaged and energetic member community. Nina brings a wide range of experience to her new role, having served over the past 20 years as a results-oriented leader and innovator in destination marketing, strategic partnerships and nonprofit leadership. Prior to Destinations International, Nina worked at Choose Chicago, where she served as vice president of strategic partnerships. In this position, she led a redesign of the membership and strategic partnership divisions, building strong connections with public and private sector stakeholders across the industry. At Choose Chicago, Winston also developed successful event-specific sponsorship programs for key high-profile events. These included U.S. Travel Association’s IPW, PCMA’s Convening Leaders and the James Beard Foundation Awards.
