Al Emerick

ValueMapping

Al Emerick is a Value Geneticist. He founded ValueMapping™ in 2015 to help people and organizations uncover the DNA of their value through the lens of impact. This exploration led him to develop his patent-pending process and technology which today provides an entire business ecosystem and consulting practice. Al coaches and “guides” companies and leadership teams nationally and speaks regularly on the topic of culture, team-building, strategy and more. He has held senior Marketing, Sales and Communications leadership positions with corporate, small business and nonprofits as well as co-founding northeast Florida’s first improvisation-based team building company. Al also been an on-camera and voice-over spokesman for more than 10,000 radio & TV commercials as well as a national live-event spokesman for brands such as Home Depot, Publix Supermarkets and the National MS Society. He holds an Executive MBA in Leadership from the Davis College of Business at Jacksonville University and is currently writing the first book in a series on value and impact called, The ValueEquation™. Finally, Al’s passion for life, is driven by his family, his friends and his work which all serve to remind him every day just how lucky he is.
