Lisa Thompson

Lisa Thompson has been a career and executive coach for more than 15 years. She leverages a diverse background in business management, counseling and human capital consulting to assist both individuals and corporations. In her current role at Pearson Partners International, she works with high potential to senior-level executives to assist them in developing and managing their careers. Prior to this, she was the senior managing director for Spherion’s Human Capital Consulting Group. Before her work in human capital consulting, she worked as a director of corporate accounts with Ceridian Corp., where she managed employee assistance and management consulting programs. Thompson also managed a successful private consulting practice early in her career, where her work included counseling, assessments, executive coaching and consulting for individuals and corporate entities. She provided training, seminars and consulting for individuals and corporations on topics ranging from crisis intervention to team building. In addition to her credentials as a Licensed Professional Counselor, she earned a BAAS degree in public relations and marketing and a M.Ed. in counseling and guidance and graduated from the Executive Coaching Certification program from the University of Texas at Dallas. The prestigious International Coaching Federation also certifies her as a professional coach.
