Steve Hoffman has owned his own business for 6 years which originally focused on providing tax information to various organizations and individuals. He is a recovering IRS Officer of 15 years and hopes you don’t hold that against him. He enjoys being an educator and now spends more of his time in the front of the meeting room giving down to earth, easily understood information on how to stay on the good side of the IRS. He has been tagged, “Tax with Personality’ and believes tax is more than just the numbers and more about the people. Tax can be fun!! He is a published author of two books and publishes a Tax Updates Newsletter that is distributed to over 4,500 people nationwide. In addition, he is an adjunct professor at a university in China for two months out of the year. Steve has presented at an MPI Chapter and has attended WEC and other MPI Conferences for the last six years. It’s difficult to not get excited about MPI as he lives with a meeting planner of over 20 years and he wishes to bring his knowledge of tax to the meeting planners of MPI.
