Jim Russell

The Freeman Company

Jim Russell is Executive Vice President of Freeman Audio Visual Solutions. Jim started with Freeman in 2009 and brings over 21 years of prior industry experience having held executive management roles in sales, operations, design and installation, and strategic account management. In his current role, Jim provides senior leadership within the Freeman Audio Visual Services group. Jim is based in the FAVS headquarters offices in Dallas, TX. Within the industry, Jim is currently on the Global Board of Trustees for the MPI Foundation and serves as the Vice Chair of Development. Additionally, Jim serves and speaks at other industry events such as the International Association of Exhibitions and Events (IAEE), the Professional Convention Management Association (PCMA), and Meeting Planners International (MPI). Along with his wife Lynn and son Daniel (14), Jim enjoys the occasional round of golf, appreciates historic automobiles, and loves electronic gadgets!
