Deborah Borak, CDS, SMMC, ConferenceDirect. As Director of Global Accounts for over 9 years with ConferenceDirect, Deborah works with a variety of clients in the corporate, association and SMERF sectors. She credits her success to her ability to relate to her clients and anticipate their needs having spent most of her career in planning. Her outstanding customer service and attention to detail and is what Deborah’s clients love most about her. She is an active member of GBTA, PCMA and MPI and has served on a variety of committees and Board positions locally and nationally throughout the meetings industry. She has been recognized as a ConferenceDirect Top Producer multiple times and recently received her designation as a Certified ConferenceDirect sales associate (CDS). Deborah was also in the inaugural group of GBTA graduates and obtained her Strategic Meetings Management Certification (SMMC) in 2010. She currently serves on the GBTA Groups and Meetings Committee.
