Session Description: 
How do you set boundaries with your clients, either internal or external? When planning events, what client question makes your cringe? “Could you do just one more thing?” Does someone you know suffer from lavish tast with a small budget” This is referred to as “Scope Creep”.

Speaker Name: Lynne Wellish, CHP, CHSE, CMO
Lynne Wellish, CMP, CHSE is an award winning speaker, consultant, trainer and Hospitality Educator. She has a zany style with lots of humor. A graduate of UNLV in Hospitality Management and an adjunct faculty member at Scottsdale Community College in the Hospitality College, Lynne has over 30 years in the industry in a variety of positions. Lynne won the bronze Azbee Award for her article, “Stop the Creep”; How-To Article from the American Society of Business Publication Editors. Lynne won the AZMPI’s chapter's Mentor of the Year award and Ed Scannell Leadership award for lifetime achievement. Lynne received the Arizona Society of Association Executive Membership award for designing and executing the AZMPI Volunteer-a-thon. In 2016 the MPIAZ chapter won a RISE award for the AZMPI Volunteer-a-thon. Lynne’s true passion is coaching and mentoring people in our industry.

MPI Virginia Chapter Attendance Policy

All Essential Level members or non-members are limited to no more than two events in one fiscal year and must pay the Essential Level/Non-member rate. MPI Preferred or Premier Level members are welcome to attend all chapter events at the Member Price.
Event Cancellations must be submitted in writing to: Cee Rivas, MPI Virginia Chapter Administrator

Cancellation Policies do apply:
Cancellation penalties outside 30 days from event date: $10

Cancellations within 30 days from event date: $25
Cancellations within 3 days of event date: No Refund

*No-Shows are responsible for full payment
