BVA BDRC is a proud supporter of the events industry charity Meeting Needs and has donated over £100,000 through their VenueVerdict programme. For every response submitted BVA BDRC donates 50p.
Some of the incredible projects this funding has been able to support include the provision of 150 bicycles to a village in rural Zambia, the build of a school for 62 students in Aw Zar Pin Hsein in the Burmese Delta, the purchase of sanitary products for 650 girls in Kampala enabling them to attend school, enabling 104 orphans in Zambia to attend school and the procurement of a replacement therapy trampoline providing therapeutic exercise and recreation for people with a wide range of special needs.
VenueVerdict is entering an exciting phase of development and growth. Its reporting platform is migrating to BVA’s Customer Experience (CX) Insights platform in Q3 of this year, offering subscribers some powerful new innovations.
Additionally, the new meeting planner survey can segment feedback from hybrid and physical events and users will be able customise the survey and use the platform to collect feedback from:
Event Planners and Hosts
Event Attendees
Bedroom Guests
Restaurant Diners
Spa Visitors
…all at no additional cost.
There’s so much more, including the ability to connect direct to any property management system, internal staff surveys, mystery site inspections and automatic text analytics.
Through these enhancements, the team are looking forward to the opportunity to increase donations and continue to support the incredible work of Meeting Needs.
