According to Eventbrite.com, 29% of Event Professionals marked printed resources as their highest expense. Did you also know that 75% of millennials are willing to pay more for eco-friendly offerings?

After helping The GSMA earn their Guinness World Record for the Largest Carbon Neutral Trade Show for the second year running by eliminating the need for printed event guides, Giant iTab are proud to announce that they will be partnering with The GSMA again for Mobile World Congress in Los Angeles and Barcelona over the next three years.

Presenting the event show-guide in a digital format has allowed The GSMA to :-

  • Support their Green Agenda (by eliminating Printed Brochures at their events)
  • Offer a better CX (customer experience)
  • Increase App Adoption (by offer a more connected and cohesive experience between our Giant Smartphones and their own mobile devices.
  • Increase visibility of their Exhibitors and Sponsors

By adding back-end analytics, The GSMA have been able to gain a new level of understanding of their customer journey. Pages visited, number of touches, dwell time, and more can be recorded and shared with event organisers to help them see what are the most popular features being viewed and where the most used positions are for locating the devices around the show floor.

This initiative is not only limited to the events sector as their award-winning technology can be deployed across many other sectors such as retail, banking, health and pretty much anywhere where there is an increasing demand to deliver a digital customer experience and support company directors who wish to follow a green agenda. Presenting the event show guide in a digital format has allowed The GSMA to completely eliminate printed brochures at their events, it has increased app adoption and offered a more connected and cohesive customer experience between Giant smartphones and their own mobile devices.
