- How to overcome venue & budget restrictions by leveraging creativity and unique agendas
- How to use logistical skills to accomplish multiple goals while creating a successful event experience
- Identify key factors that planners and suppliers need to consider when planning events in unique venues? (I.e. load in dock, distance from load in to event space, additional budget requirements to cover labor, etc.)
- Instead of using spaces to only meet and/or eat, learn how to create events that allow attendees to explore the venue and capture a memorable experience
- How incorporating activations (such as scavenger hunts) can create a memorable networking experience for attendees

- This is not your normal arrive, meet & eat lunch and learn. This is an immersive experience at one of the newest and coolest venues in Nashville. Wear comfortable shoes, as we will be exploring the museum exhibits as a part of this education event.
- Registration opens at 10:45 for this event. The first education session begins promptly at 11:10am. Please plan accordingly for arrival and parking. MPI will have a dedicated registration area in the NMAAM courtyard adjacent to (Rep. John Lewis Way S) formerly 5th avenue.
