Part 3: Develop a strategy. Be intentional. Think outside of the box. What works best for your organization? Prioritize your initiatives.
Part 4: Set up metrics to measure and define the impact of your initiatives.
Part 5: Keep the momentum. Consistently be conscious of your decisions to enhance your efforts for change.
