Attend Virtually OR In Person
DAY/DATE:
Wednesday, August 18, 2021
PRESENTER:
Jeff Dick
Partner, Rock The House Entertainment Group
ABOUT THE PROGRAM:
In the Hospitality Industry, it’s a given that, to win and retain clients, you need to offer the best customer service. However, as the industry grows and the competition for customers becomes tougher, providing good customer service is not enough. You not only need to meet the clients’ expectations – you need to exceed them! 2020 will forever be a defining year when it comes to consumer expectations as businesses were desperate for customers and staff to client ratios were high thus elevating the customer experience. Consumers will care even more about the customer experience than they in the past and any hiccup in the customers’ journey can result in a loss in revenue and a potential gain for your competition. Businesses who invested in great customer service will thrive and others will need to adapt their strategy in order to remain competitive. Participants will get an introductory look at the factors that makes service outstanding and those that send customers to your competitor.
