ABOUT THE PROGRAM:
Teaching the Importance of Crafting a Vision, Finding Perspective and Discovering Purpose in the Face of Adversity

Presented by: Laurel Wilson

After experiencing more loss than most other 20 somethings, Laurel has made it her mission to help others thrive in the face of adversity. Laurel encourages her audience to dig deep and focus on the 'What is' instead of the 'What if'. You will leave her session with tangible ways to craft a clear vision that offers hope, to shift your perspective no matter the circumstance and confidence in how to live out your purpose!

Ten Trends to Help You Succeed in the Post Covid-19 Event World

Presented by: Andy Christiansen

With decades of Leadership experience and training, certified business coach Andy Christiansen will offer 10 trends in leadership practices that will help set the tone for the Live Event Industry moving forward out of the Pandemic. Andy will present strategies that will demonstrate how attendees can move toward a path of clarity and away from stress. The best way to predict the future is to invent it. What trends are shaping the way forward for live events? How can you position yourself to take advantage of this new normal? What has changed? What will stay the same? How will you respond? He’ll inspire leaders to take action on one or more of these trends such as hybrid vs only live or only digital, embracing new mediums like “Clubhouse and Twitter Spaces, and remote speakers and breakout room for live events, etc. Just because the tide is out does not mean there is any less water in the ocean.
