What is the best thing about your job?
I want the meeting and event planners to shine. I understand that planning a successful event or meeting, can be challenging. We have the tools and personnel, to save them time & money. Our services are FREE and Dayton has so many hidden gems. AKA - “The Gem City”.
What are the 3 most important skills you use at work?
1: Critical thinking and problem solving 2: Teamwork and collaboration 3: Professionalism and strong work ethic.
What one piece of advice would you give to someone beginning their career in the Meeting Industry?
Keep it simple. Be clear on your expectations and needs. Once you get this down you can add the bells and whistles. Delegate and be open to ideas.
