Who are the most important people in your life?  On a personal level, my wife, Elizabeth and our daughters, Hope and Ashley. From a professional standpoint, two bosses that had a huge role in shaping my career were Gary Ranchel and Ken Hiller.

Who do you work for and what is your role? I am the Vice President of Sales for the Butler County Visitors Bureau in Ohio.

What is the best thing about your job? The ability to help tell the terrific story of our area as well as working with so many terrific partners.

What are the 3 most important skills you use at work?  Communicate, think outside the box and focus on the big picture

What one piece of advice would you give to someone beginning their career in the Meeting Industry?  No matter how well you may plan, something will happen during an event that you could not plan for. How you handle those situations will determine how successful you will be in this world.

What super-power would you love to have to help you do your job better? The ability to use Jedi mind tricks to influence and help calm situations
