Who do you work for and what is your role? Siemens Healthineers is my employer. I am an Events Manager. I have been there for 22 yrs.
What is the best thing about your job? Working with a great team of event planners and our extended team of business partners. I appreciate everyone I work with for their professionalism, unique personal gifts/skills each person brings to the team. Collaboration is key to success.
What are the 3 most important skills you use at work? Office 365 including Teams, organizational, and communication skills.
What one piece of advice would you give to someone beginning their career in the Meeting Industry? Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented, and self-driven as well as networking with peers, partners, etc.
What super-power would you love to have to help you do your job better? Influence and confidence in public speaking.
