Lori Pugh, M.S. MEM, CMP, CMM, CED, is a dynamic leader, consultant, and trainer with 18 years of experience in the meetings and events industry. As the CEO and Founder of Woven Path Consulting, she excels in designing and executing high-impact strategies for various sectors, including corporate, non-profit, social, and association. Recognized as an industry leader and advocate for meeting and event professionals, Lori is passionate about strategic planning, stakeholder management, and content creation.
Currently, Lori serves as Director, Events Content and Strategic Engagement at Path to Purchase Institute, where she leads the creation and execution of content strategies for events, awards, and webinars. Her expertise as a facilitator, trainer, and coach makes her a valuable asset in the field of strategic planning within the meeting and events industry.
Previously, Lori held key roles such as Head of Meeting Innovation at Meeting Professionals International, overseeing event production and speaker management for MPI's global event portfolio. She also spent six successful years as an event producer and manager of the Event Producer Department at PRI Productions in Jacksonville. Her portfolio includes managing events in collaboration with esteemed partners such as THE PLAYERS Championship, Gator Bowl Association, and the Jacksonville Jaguars. In addition, Lori has served as the Special Events Manager for the AAA Five-Diamond resort, Ponte Vedra Inn and Club, as well as the Events Manager for the Jacksonville Regional Chamber of Commerce.
Lori holds a Bachelor of Science degree focused in Advertising from the University of North Florida, and she obtained a Master's Degree in Meeting and Event Management from San Diego State University.
Recognized for her industry contributions, Lori has been honored as one of Eventex's 2022 Top 100 Most Influential People in the Event Industry, named among MeetingsNet's 2021 Changemakers, and featured as one of Meetings and Conventions Magazine's 22 Millennials to Watch in 2016.
