Come out and network with our members at our November After5 event! This is a great opportunity to network with all of our members and is open to prospective members as well looking to network and learn more about MPI North Florida. We hope to see you there!

The Jacksonville Public Library is the largest library in the State of Florida at 300,000 square feet with a four-story atrium, outdoor courtyard on the 2nd floor, and a 20,000 square foot Conference Center on the conference level. Approximately 50 weddings/social events, 100 nonprofit and corporate events, and over 500 library programs, meetings and events are conducted annually. Through the Laura Street entrance, event spaces available for rental are The Lounge @ 303 North, the Pajcic Promenade, the 2nd and 3rd floors of the atrium and the Lovett Courtyard. In the Conference Center, a separate entrance/exit are available on Main Street. The Hicks Auditorium is a 400-person theater with a stage, green rooms, and a sound booth. The Multipurpose Room is 5,000 square feet and can be divided into three rooms when needed. Two additional small meeting/breakout rooms are available plus two conference rooms for 6-8. Clients may select their own vendors for catering, audio visual, entertainment, decorating, and more. Consider hosting your next meeting or event at the Jacksonville Public Library!
Parking: Metered spots downtown are free beginning at 6:00pm. Many meters take credit cards in addition to coins. There is a City parking garage on the corner of Duval Street and Main Street, Enterprise Rental Car sign near it with additional parking. Parking fees are not reimbursed.
Meeting Room: MPI NF After 5 will be held in the Lounge @ 303 North which is just inside the Laura Street entrance to the Jacksonville Public Library’s Main Branch, across the street from Hemming Park. Once inside, the Lounge is the meeting room immediately on the left.

Meeting Attendance Policy: Non-members and Essential level members are welcome to register at the non-member rate only two times during the fiscal year. After attending two meetings we are confident that you are ready to take the next step and become an active, engaged member of the MPI North Florida Chapter! Regular registration rates end 5 days prior to meeting date at 11:59pm. Beginning at midnight 4 days prior to meeting date through the meeting date, late fee will be applicable to all registrations received, including walk-ins. Online registration will close at 11:59pm 72 hours prior to the meeting date.
Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel your registration for any reason, cancellation must be done 24 hours or more prior to the event date.If cancellation is not received 24 hours prior all payments will be forfeited and cannot be applied towards a future event.
