WeConnect: A peek inside the 2020 speaker lineup!

Opening Keynote: Joy DesMarais-Lanz, Chief Operations Officer at Synergos, will lead a collaborative opening session that works through a series of ethical situations. In, "Where Do You Draw the Line?" participants will uncover assumptions they use to guide ethical decisions and will explore the discrepancy between the ethical systems they subscribe to versus those they actually use. 





Deep Dive Option #1: Justin Cox with Justin Cox, "Why I am Obsessed With Name Tags and Why You Should be Too!" Name tags are the first thing attendees receive at an event. The first impression. The most abundant visual branding they will experience. Participants will explore how to make their attendees’ first impression a positive interaction by making every name tag count. 




Deep Dive Option #2: Brad Penrith with Weframe, LLC shows participants theimportance of keeping up with the latest technology as it relates to the meeting room environment and shows us how to use this new technology.





Deep Dive Option #3: Devin Henderson with PSAV will get participants thinking about technology differently with his session: "AV Psychology." If you have ever wondered what factors go into creating, designing and ensuring your content is remembered, this session is for you!







Deep Dive Option #4: Lee Papa's Signature Mindfulness Lounge! Need a brain break? Take time to recharge in the Mindfulness Lounge and learn how to use that energy to make a difference.  After all,  "More outward success arrives when you invest in the time to go within."





Lunch Keynote: Stephanie Hansen, Host of the "WeeklyDish" radio show & podcast, along with the "MakersofMN" podcast will help participants stay on top of the new ingredients and flavor combinations coming to Minnesota with her session: "Hottest Food Trends for Minnesota Meetings."









Closing Keynote: Kat Perkins, Professional Speaker and former Competitor on NBC's The Voice, Kat will teach the participants how their attitude can help them rise above. She will challenge the audience to be fearless and will inspire through the power of music.
