1. Tell us about your business and your current job.

BeThings is a boutique rental company providing curated designer furnishings to help Events Professionals transform everyday spaces into remarkable places.

My job is to assist clients to create a memorable environment for their event with our upscale and unique furniture.  Whether you need 30 sofas to seat your general session, a pair of extravagant chairs, a unique stage backdrop, or that signature bar to set your event apart...We got you covered. We put the time and effort into event design because experience matters.

Besides Sales, I am in charge of BeThings marketing, promotional events, sponsorship and social media.

2. What do you hope to gain from your MPI Membership?

Valuable connections, new skills, shared experiences, and partnership with fellow MPI members on events that go beyond expectations.

3. If there was only one thing a potential customer could remember about your company, what would that be?

Our Curated Designer Furnishings are the “toys” Event Professionals daydream about!

4. What one piece of advice would you give to a new supplier joining the MPI network?

Don’t be afraid to reach out! We are here to connect and grow.

5. What has been the best piece of advice you have been given, and how has it made a difference in your life - personally or professionally?

Growth happens outside of your comfort zone. Don’t just fall back on what’s worked in the past. Stay creative, take a wide view and be curious! That’s the starting point if you want to grow and advance in life and your career, differentiate yourself in the job market, anticipate trends, issues and challenges. Live your dreams and take risks.

6. What are some of your favorite pastime activities?

When I am not drinking coffee and working on my laptop, I am most likely to be found: hanging out in my backyard with a glass of wine nearby, trying new restaurants, scavenging for vintage treasures, going for a hiking adventure with my family or planning a vacation somewhere warm.
