Tell us about your business and your current job.
I am a Regional Sales Manager for Caesars Entertainment. I partner with companies and meeting planners who are located in MN, WI, NE, IA, ND, and SD on programs for our nine properties in Las Vegas (Caesars Palace, Rio, Cromwell, Paris, Planet Hollywood, Bally’s, Linq, Harrah’s, and Flamingo) and the three in Atlantic City (Harrah’s, Bally’s, and Caesars Palace). I work remote from my home office in MN.
What do you hope to gain from your MPI Membership?
Education, growth, and a strong network of new relationships.
If there was only one thing a potential customer could remember about your company, what would that be?
Caesars Means Business! We take pride in our relationships and strive to make each and every meeting a success.
What one piece of advice would you give to a new supplier joining the MPI network?Get involved! Volunteering and being a part of a committee is a great way to get to know people and to grow in your career.
What has been the best piece of advice you have been given, and how has it made a difference in your life - personally or professionally?
I have had lots of great advice both personally and professionally. However, the advice that has always stuck with me is to never give up and to always give it all that you have. I think we all tend to be very hard on ourselves and it is very important to remember “the little engine that could” that always says, “I think I can”. I know it sounds corny, but my Mother used to tell me this all the time when I wanted to give up and it has stuck with me to this day and seems to keep me on my feet.
What are some of your favorite pastime activities?
I enjoy spending time with my family and friends. I have a 7-year-old boy who keeps me very busy!
