MPI MN April 2022: Why I Volunteer

“I whole heartedly believe in giving back to the Association that has done so much for me in my career. I would not have been able to get the leadership experience needed to advance in my career without having the opportunity to be a leader within the MPI MN Chapter. The skills I developed while co-chairing and serving on the board is invaluable. It also makes it very easy to say “yes” to volunteering when I know that I am going to be able to work with a group of volunteers that all pull their weight, execute what they have committed to help with, and asks for help as soon as they know they may need it".
