Don’t miss the All Team Meeting Following the October 18 Monthly Meeting

Volunteers are the lifeblood of MPI Minnesota Chapter. The All Team Meeting (ATM) provides leadership training for all volunteers and time for committees to meet and plan.

At this ATM, volunteers will refresh their knowledge of The Five Practices of Exemplary Leadership Model with a special focus on "Inspiring a Shared Vision."  Then, Chapter President, Jen Ruthig, will share the Board's vision for the Minnesota Chapter this year and how each committee contributes to the accomplishment of that plan. Finally, committees will have time for meetings.

Meet Our Speaker

Joy DesMarais-Lanz is the MPI Minnesota Chapter Administrator and Chief Operations Officer of Synergos AMC.  In collaboration with the former MPI Minnesota Vice President of Leadership Development, Sue Murray, she developed a Chapter Leadership Development Plan focused on volunteers and is based upon the Five Practices of Exemplary Leadership by Kouzes and Posner. Since the mid-90s, Joy has facilitated leadership development workshops for thousands of people focused on harnessing their true passions and skills to demonstrate pragmatic and authentic leadership right where they are.
