Leading in Sustainability

Leadership on sustainability involves guiding individuals, organizations, and communities towards practices that promote environmental conservation, social responsibility, and economic prosperity for current and future generations. Effective leaders require a deep understanding of sustainability issues, a commitment to ethical decision-making, and the ability to inspire others to take action.

We are fortunate to have a most effective leader in the field of Sustainability as our speaker for this month’s Education event.  Join us for this lunch session during which Linda Baynham, Director of Sustainability and Corporate Social Responsibility at the Morial Convention Center, will address their efforts in recycling, food distribution, and CSR impacting our local event community.

A 3-course plated lunch and refreshments will be served.

NOTE:  After the lunch, the Aquarium of the America’s Staff will be available to offer tours of the attraction to anyone interested.

Parking: Please enter the Aquarium from the Bienville Street entrance. Parking is available in local for-pay lots and street meters.
