Who do you work for and what is your position in the company? 

I am the owner and operator of Your Golf Event.  I provide golf outing services for non-profits, DMC’s and corporations.

How long have you been in the hospitality industry? 

I started in Tulane’s Athletic Dept. as an event coordinator in 1984; ran the PGA TOUR event here in New Orleans for over 10 years then started my company in 2004.  Yikes 34 years! 

What is your favorite part about your job? 

I love watching go from paper to reality.  Not mention, with my job everyone who comes out to play in an outing is pretty happy.  A bad day on the golf course is always better than a good day in the office.

How long have you been with MPI? 

3 years

What are some Of your favorite restaurants in the city? 

So many amazing places to choose from but Clancy’s is my go to.

Do you have any pets? 

Bunker – my golden doodle

What are your favorite things to do on the weekend? 

During my busy season – ABSOLUTELY NOTHING

Off Season – Play golf, hang out with my husband, spend time with my 93 yr old father as much as possible, wine night with friends

If you could go to dinner with 3 people who would they be? 

Depends on if we’re talking about reality or fantasy.  If it’s reality then I’m fortunate to be surrounded by so many people that truly make me happy from childhood to work.  So in this case it would be my 3 favorite men my best friends from high school.  Fantasy, Frank Sinatra, Cary Grant and George Clooney.
