How long have you been in the hospitality industry?
"I've been in the hospitality industry, and with Windsor Court, practically my whole career!" Ashley started at the front desk of the hotel over 6 years ago. After two years in that position she moved to the sales department. She began as the department‘s coordinator and has since been promoted to Catering and Conference Services Manager. In her Current role. Ashley manages all
aspects of the client's events.
What is your favorite part about your job?
Ashley is, self-admittedly, a "people person" and she thrives on face-to-face interaction with her clients in every imaginable scenario. Her background at the front desk has served her well in her current role in the sales department: she learned problem-solving and people-skills. as well as how to extinguish tires and to always put her guests first.
Ashley says that what she enjoys most about her job is having the opportunity to learn the hospitality industry. inside and out. She is being educated on aspects at meeting planning and plans to continue building her base of knowledge in this area.
