Rapidly growing music and entertainment company seeks a dynamic individual for the position of Client & Performer Relations. The individual will interface daily with the company president/owner, entertainment director, musicians, bands, entertainers, and clients assisting with daily operations.

Responsibilities:
1 Interfacing with current and new clients, current and new performers, handling inside sales leads, creating quotations, creating contracts and invoices for engagements
2 Supporting company president/owner, entertainment director, and other company staff with various tasks as delegated
3 Creating quotations and proposals to clients, assessing entertainment availability, following up on sales leads to assist the entertainment team as required
4 Organizing and managing events on behalf of clients and performers
5 Answering and returning calls and other administrative duties
6 General accounting duties
7 Updating and managing company documents
8 Maintain all company databases
9 Scouting new talent and making roster recommendations.
10 Other duties and responsibilities may be added depending on interest, skills, and necessity.
Applicant Qualifications:
1 Possess excellent computer skills and be completely proficient in Microsoft Office Programs (Word, Excel). Knowledge of Gmail and QuickBooks software is a definite asset.
2 Possess excellent writing, organizational, and communication skills
3 Have a friendly phone demeanor and be customer-focused
4 Be able to work independently
5 Have excellent time management skills and be able to multitask
6 Have your own transportation
7 Be available to work weekdays Monday-Friday. Hours are somewhat flexible but must be worked during business hours between 9am-5pm. Out-of-office hours may include liaising with clients, scouting talent, working company events, etc. Some evenings and weekends may be required depending on workload and client events. Some travel may also be required.
8 Be able to work offsite events if and when required. This may include some weeknights and weekend days/nights depending on the scope of the event.
9 Be available without vacation or days off between: October 11-December 20 2022 and June 12-July 18 2023 inclusive.
Knowledge of the music industry and /or event planning is an asset.
This is a full-time contract position starting immediately.
