Melissa recently accepted a position as Director of Tradeshow Events at Cobb Tourism and Travel. Melissa recently joined the Cobb Travel and Tourism as Director of Tradeshow Events. 

Big shout out to the team at Destination South Meetings + Events.  They were recognized at this year’s ADMEI Awards Gala for meeting planning excellence for Best Collaborative Program: Two Conferences, Two DMC’s, Two Continents, Two Consortiums, Two Months!  Destination South shared the honor with Hadler DMC Scandinavia.  The ceremony took place at the Sheraton Hotel in San Juan, Puerto Rico on Saturday February 1st and recognized Destination Management companies within the categories of Excellence, Achievement and Recognition.
