MPI Georgia welcomes new member, Chiriga "Zoe" Moore, Strategic EDI Consultant at Moore Consulting Agency. Joining us in January 2023, Zoe previously served as the MPI Global DEI Advisory committee co-chair for 2 years and when she moved to Georgia, she wanted to continue the work she was doing within a local chapter. At Moore Consulting Agency, Zoe consults leaders across the hospitality, events, and tourism industry on how to strategically implement their expressed commitment to Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion. From the beginning of her introduction to the meeting industry, she was an entrepreneur that helped small businesses plan events. “[The work] stood out because I have a niche focus on promoting supplier diversity in the meetings industry [and] an intentional strategy to ensure historically unrepresented and underutilized businesses.” Zoe is currently working on gathering sponsors for Latino Travel Fest happening in Elizabeth, NJ on May 31-June 2.

Zoe’s son, Jourden, inspires her to be positively delusional, a belief to be determined even when no one else sees your vision. On a daring quest outside of the meeting industry, she enlisted in the U.S. Army to serve as a combat photographer. With a musical soundtrack to play every time she walks into a room, Zoe would select “The King's Affirmation” by Iniko. Lastly, a key piece of advice she has received and will never forget is “avoiding conflict is conflict.”
