Only 23% of employees are thriving at work, while 59% are disengaged or have “quietly quit.” The Horizon Life Design framework helps employees take ownership of their career by playing to their strengths, improving performance, and boosting engagement. This workshop equips participants with practical tools to gain clarity, build momentum, and feel energized about their career path.
Identify personal strengths and energy patterns to enhance how temporary and event staff are oriented and supported.
Participants will learn how to apply the Horizon Life Design® framework to recognize their own superpowers and those of their team members, improving the alignment of roles and responsibilities during events.
Apply mindset and reflection tools to increase clarity and reduce burnout in high-pressure event roles.
Participants will explore practical strategies for helping themselves and their teams manage stress and focus on what matters most—creating more effective support during event execution.
Learn how to support event staff in connecting their current roles to long-term career development.
Participants will explore how to integrate reflection and strengths-based conversations into orientation and training moments—helping staff see their work not as a one-off task, but as a meaningful step in their professional journey.
