With this Sushi Classes you receive all the tools and the ingredients to make the following maki rolls:

California, Spicy Tuna, Cucumber Avocado, Shrimp Tempura

The menu also includes Edamame and Miso Soup for each guest. And also includes 1 Sake Sangria and 2 Tastings of Sake for each guest.

The class will also include discussion regarding techniques, as well as the history of making Sake.

MPI CRV Registration Policy

Registration Approval
All registration categories are subject to MPICRV approval and your registration category must be valid at both the time of registration and at the time of the Event.

Cancellations
Registration cancellation requests MUST be submitted in writing to mpicrv@gmail.com. Cancelations within 48 hours of the event cannot be refunded. Cancellations made 3-5 business days prior to the event are subject to a partial refund.

Substitutions
Substitutions are welcome. Please note that substitutions are only permissible if the substituting individual qualifies for the original registrant's category. For instance, a substitute for a planner registrant must also qualify as a planner for registration purposes. If a non-member substitutes for a member, any difference in registration fee will be due and payable.
