Natalie H. Weaver
VP Human Resources, Liberty Bank
An innovative, dynamic HR Executive with 20 years of experience in Talent Management, Diversity & Inclusion, Organizational Design and Effectiveness, Change Management, Talent Acquisition, Leadership Development, and Performance Management. Natalie thrives in fast-paced environments, is a fast learner, and effectively balances marriage, kids, and work. Natalie was born in Jamaica, grew up between Toronto and New York City, and considers her unique, diverse upbringing an advantage. Due to her experiences growing up, she remains passionate about diversity at work and continues to bring inclusivity in all forms constantly. Centering diversity at work is integral, and Natalie credits New York City’s unparalleled cultural melting pot as a great inspiration.
Natalie started her career working for Pitney Bowes, Inc. During her tenure with Pitney Bowes, Natalie was involved in the transformation of the Human Resources Department and the launch of the newly created centralized New Hire Fulfillment Team. She transitioned to TD Bank, where she held several Human Resources leadership roles, partnering with business leaders to launch newly created business segments, organizational restructuring, and building employee capabilities. Since then, it has been a steady ride upwards, with Natalie holding higher managerial and directorial positions. Formerly a Director of Human Resources at Travelers, an AVP of Human Resources at Voya Financial, and currently a VP of Human Resources at Liberty Bank, she is head of the bank's Human Resources Business Partner function.
Natalie takes phenomenal work ethic cues from her mother and constantly adds value to her work through her engagement in the community. She was the 2014 and 2016 Award Recipient for Scholarship Sponsorships. Natalie is also a current member of the Human Resource Leadership Forum of Southern New England; a Grant Reviewer for Farmington Bank Foundation and Farmington Public School Council for Equity and Inclusion. She also serves on the board of directors at Parents of Avon Old Farms School, having previously served as a board member at the Blue Hills Civic Association.
