XSITE is an innovative appointment style, reverse trade show designed to bring meeting and event planners together with industry suppliers. There is no cost for you to participate. In fact, you’ll receive a $50 American Express Gift Card just for participating.  You also get to attend 2.5 hours of CIC pre-approved education sessions. MPI CRV is a CMP Preferred Provider.

XSITE obtains full profiles and reviews all planner applications to ensure you are meeting with planners with real business and the ability to make or influence buying decisions.  Every supplier receives a valuable full profile on every planner regardless of whether you have a scheduled appointment with them. You’ll receive up to 15 eight- minute appointments with planners looking to do business with you.  You may also add a second person to take appointments at no additional charge.  XSITE is a smart investment of your time and marketing dollars. Cost to suppliers: $999 for up to 15 qualified appointments. $25.00 for second representative (includes lunch, education, and second chair at appointments).

For planners and suppliers who cannot participate in the tradeshow, education and lunch only registration is available.
