Mariska Kesteloo, Founder of the Word of MICE established the company in 2017. She was frustrated and could not understand why this huge sector was still organizing fam trips in an old-fashioned way, without measuring the impact or ROI (Return on Investement) and not using the potential and of social media. By working as freelancer for many years in the sector herself, she found it hard to get the assignments she wanted. Mariska decided to combine the two needs of the two groups in a platform called : Word of MICE.
