Experts will share their tips and tricks of negotiating a venue contract, where to pay attention and how to increase the value of a contract. In order to sign the most suitable contract for your event, event planners should understand how venues are building their revenue projections. During this workshop, we put on the shoes of a Sales Manager and a Revenue Manager to understand their expectations. This will allow event planners to overcome obstacles in the negotiation process.
