What was the best part of your CMP University experience? 

Passing the Test.  For me this would not have been possible without the format of which we took the course.  Every Sat 8-12 for 6 months, then study and then take the test.  Going over the material every week and taking the weekly test was very enlightening of how the final test would be.

What was your biggest takeaway from CMP University? 

That anyone that goes through the mission of getting their CMP is committed to their career.

What words of advice can you provide to future CMP U students? 

Study even if you have been in the business for 40 years…you’ll find out there is a lot you don’t know.

What was your favorite domain to learn about during CMP U? 

They were all good, the ones I was familiar with and the ones that were new information to me.

How has obtaining your CMP designation helped your career? 

The main reason why I decided to certify is because I knew it would help state my qualifications when cold calling for new clients.
