We would like to invite you to a fun, interactive dining experience featuring Chef Chai on Wednesday October 7, starting at 4pm.  Chef Chai will be entertaining and educating our members by creating a delicious and nutritious meal, using the diverse ingredients from the local sourced Kau Kau Box. The Kau Kau box can be paired with recommended selected spirits, wine, and craft cocktails.

Local farmers, fisherman, and chefs have collaborated with Gourmet Events Hawaii to offer fresh produce and gourmet meals to Hawaii residents through Kau Kau Box. The goal is to provide an alternative to grocery shopping, while also providing meals for local organizations to feed the needy in these challenging times.

Everyone is invited to purchase a Kau Kau box ($144 includes tax) and cook along with Chief Chai - Each box contains enough food to feed a family of two with at least eight meals, or a family of four with at least four meals. Your Kau Kau Box must be ordered no later than Wednesday September 30, for pick up on Tuesday October 6. 10% of any boxes purchased going back to MPI/HSMAI.  Ordering a box is not necessary to enjoy this culinary event.
